According to a blog post, Ubisoft Massive managing director David Polfeldt is stepping down from his current role and moving into a different role.
Polfeldt joined Massive in 2005. After massive was acquired by Ubisoft in 2009, Polfeldt was promoted to general manager.
Polfeldt will now step down on July 1 and take a six-month sabtaliation before returning to Ubisoft in a “new strategic role.”
Massive is the developer of The Division series, the upcoming Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and a new open-world Star Wars game.
