Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus has been released almost four years. Youngblood was released in 2019, but this was not a complete sequel. Many had hoped that MachineGames would announce Wolfenstein 3 at this year’s E3, which unfortunately did not happen.
“Fans shouldn’t worry about the future of the series,” said Pete Hines, Bethesda’s vice president of global marketing.
In a recent interview with GameSpot, in response to questions about Wolfenstein, Hines said: “I can’t talk about anything until I’m ready to talk about the game.” On top of all these words, Hines said: “You can put me at the top of the list of people who want to see a new Wolfenstein game.”
MachineGames is currently working on an Indiana Jones game. But as Hines says, Indiana’s development is still in its early stages.
