Sony Computer Entertainment (SIE) may not have given Bend Studio the green light for a sequel to Days Gone. But as recently confirmed, Bend Studio is working on a new open world IP. The details are currently inadequate, but a job advertisement published by the developer reveals information that the game can be multiplayer.
Bend Studio is looking for a Senior Network Programmer in a job ad. This suggests that their next game will have a multiplayer feature. Details include “supporting low-level network issues, multiplayer engine design/architecture, PSN platform services”.
Bend Studio’s work, on the other hand, has caused a lot of controversy lately. After Days Gone 2 was rejected by Sony, SIE reportedly announced that Bend Studio was responsible for developing a new Uncharted game under naughty dog’s supervision.
