After the deal between Disney and Lucasfilm, a new era began not only for Star Wars, but also for Indiana Jones. With five feature films for Star Wars and a Disney+ series, the Indy side focused on only the fifth film. Jones, however, must have taken a cursed treasure, and the misfortune of the film haunts the studio. Just when I thought everything was going to be okay, shooting started, Harrison Ford got hurt!
Deadline first reported that Harrison Ford injured himself during a fight scene during filming. It is not yet known how serious Ford is in a shoulder injury. But the shooting is sure to go off for a while. The 78-year-old veteran actor has previously been seriously injured in the star wars: The Force Awakens shoot.
There was also a statement from the Disney front. Harrison Ford’s treatment was immediately under way, the studio said, and arrangements would be determined in the coming weeks. Lucasfilm has already begun work to recalibrate the filming schedule.
