Publisher Nacon and developer Spiders Studio announced that Steelrising will debut for PC on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Steam in June 2022. A new gameplay trailer has also been released.
In Steelrising, the actors will take on the role of a robot in the form of a woman named Aegis, who is tasked with protecting Queen Marie-Antoinette of France. Marie-Antoinette and Aegis; The King of France will try to end the massacres of his army of robots that Louis XVI unleashed on the streets of Paris to quell the French Revolution.
Steelrising will be a more action-oriented production than the studio’s previous games, and players will be able to use special skills for the robot character along with firearms.
