Bordeaux Games and AngoulêmeJV announced the merge to form a new studio called S/O Games. The new studio will cover companies in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, France’s largest administrative region.
The new combination will represent Asobo Studio, the developer of Microsoft Flight Simulator and A Plague Tale, as well as studios such as Motion Twin, Ubisoft, Shiro Games, Bulwark Studios, G4F and Studio Nyx.
Stéphane Bonazza, vice president of business development at Northgard developer Shiro Games, will serve as president of S/O Games.
