Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is in a very different place between content and number of characters and very Lego games. The game already had more than 375 selectable characters, including 12 new characters.
These new characters, of course, come to the game as DLC. If you purchase Rogue One and Classic Characters packages (or if you own a Character Collection Season Pass), you can use these new characters in your game. Both of these packages cost $17.
Rogue One includes Jyn Erso, Bodhi Rook, Cassian Andor, K-2SO, Chirrut Îmwe, Baze Malbus and Director Krennic. Cassian Andor will soon have her own Disney+ series, as you know.
The Classic Characters pack adds old-fashioned original Lego Star Wars mini-figure designs. Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Darth Vader and Lando Calrissian.
