I know there are a lot of people among us who continue to listen to their music after playing the games. Some games in particular have such awesome soundtracks that in some cases they can even get in the way of the game. While the whole game world was engulfed by New Year’s excitement and our friends abroad got into the Christmas mood and quit their jobs, we thought we’d remember the game albums that have impressed us the most in recent years and deserve to be mentioned.
This list includes the “all-time; We didn’t want to turn it into something like that, we limited our choices to the last 5 years so that we could make different suggestions. So you’ll find that there aren’t some names on the list that come to mind at first, like Witcher 3.
The first five games on the list are mine, the next six games are Engin’s, and the last four games are Can’s choice. We’ve added a lot of personal tastes to it, you see:) It’s been a very challenging article, and I hope you like it.
BLASPHEMOUS
Most metroidvania games I’ve played lately have super music from each other. The different music that accompanies the different regions of the game also improves the atmosphere incredibly if successful. Take blasphemous’s music by Carlos Viola and teach him a lesson in it. Instrument selections, dominant dark tones in the music, goosebumps melodies, the atmosphere of inquisition continued to stay with me long after I finished the game. Spotify is among the most listened to soundtracks. There are a lot of songs on the 27-song soundtrack album that I’m sick of, so I’m having a hard time picking three.
Be Sure to Listen:
1. Saetas de Altos Balcones
2. Prohibidos y Cubiertos de Polvo
3. Ten Piedad
HADES
When we think of Supergiant Games, the first thing that comes to mind is great games, but perhaps before that comes music that is incredibly beautiful. Darren Korb’s mind-boggling compositions, coupled with Ashley Barrett’s heart-wringing voice in most tracks, produce songs that can’t get enough of listening. That was the case with Bastion, transistor; and their last play, Hades. I mean, I don’t think it’s going to be for you to walk into Eurydice’s room and leave the room before those songs she sings are over. You know That In the Blood that started playing with the ending credits? Oh, I’m telling you.

1. In the Blood
2. Good Riddance
3.. Out of Tartarus
VIGIL THE LONGEST NIGHT
Speaking of Metroidvania and music, I realized I can’t skip another great example. Vigil: The Longest Night is a genre that immediates fans in every way, including their music. Jouni Valjakka completed the atmosphere of each episode and every boss with his music so much that sometimes I realized how much I loved going through the old regions just to hear some music. Valjakka, who has also done a very good job with song titles, it is possible to get the dark air of the game even from the names.

GIVE ME NIER REPLICANT. 1.22474487139.
NieR Gestalt & NieR Replicant’s 2010 soundtrack album was one of the greatest works of its time, the album released on Spotify quickly reached millions of listens. Give nier replicant this incredible music from Keiichi Okabe. 1.22474487139.;d moved to a different level. Okabe overhauled all the songs, giving them a more cinematic structure, as in NieR Automata, and enriching vocals, instruments and arrangements. So it’s certainly no surprise that the TGA has been named soundtrack album of the year.

1. The Lost Forest
2. Hills of Radiant Winds
3. Shadowlord
RETURN OF THE OBRA DINN
I mentioned that in my review. As long as I was playing Return of the Obra Dinn, I kept thinking, “How did this guy think about this concept, let’s go and how did he bring it to life?” Something similar applies to the music of the game. Lucas Pope, who has ten tricks on his ten fingers, composed the music of the play himself, making each scene of this brain-burning play unique both visually and auditory.

2. The Doom
3.. Escape
CUPHEAD
Cuphead managed to take us on a time travel, not only with his visual style, but also with his music, and took us back to the 1930s. It had so many beautiful melodies in it that I couldn’t stop playing it from time to time and just listen to it. Even though we played it, it didn’t make much profit, and the music was his excuse, so 🙂 Joking aside, a very successful job was done on music, especially in boss battles; But I can tell you that they didn’t just settle for that, they managed the rhythm very well throughout the game. In a game that was crazy with its difficulty, they used a musical magic that they expertly concealed besides their visual weapon to keep us on screen.

1. Don’t Deal with the Devil
2. Die House
3. Floral Fury
ORI AND THE WILL OF THE WISPS
In Ori and the Will of the Wisps, they had made significant strides in the gameplay, but one of the things that made this game important to me was that they were able to preserve the spirit of the first game, visually and auditoryly, and continue its success. Gareth Coker, who also signed the music of the first game, managed to offer us music that was integrated with the game. For example, the scene of the escape from Foul Presence is a very good part of it. The rhythm rises so beautifully that each moment you make your move is accompanied by such a ton that it seems as if that music is shaped by your moves or vice versa, the music is shaping your moves. From the main theme music to the finale, there are some emotional, sometimes exuberant, beautiful tracks on the list. So let me cheat, I’ll offer you three tracks and let you listen to the full list:)

1. Escaping a Foul Presence
2. Ori, Embracing the Light

PERSONA 5
We call it art design, we call it music, then not without mentioning Persona 5. It is possible to identify some games with a color, and for Persona 5, this color is red. That passion of red, that enthusiasm, is manifested in the music of the game. Yes, there are softer rhythmic (and equally beautiful) pieces that accompany the serenity of the calm scenes. But this time, I’d like to give priority to the more brisk.

METRO EXODUS
Metro Exodus performed well in many subjects, and one of them was their music. When we visited different places in the vast territory of Russia, we experienced both the four seasons and many different emotions, and the music was one of the tools that led us to experience these feelings. Burning my genes on the deserted shores of the Caspian, the game was a cold, freezing in my bones in the dead city of Novosibirsk, and it was a feeling that was reinforced not only by what I saw on the screen, but also by what I heard. We saw and heard that every moment of the game that would leave a mark was also reciprocated in the notes.
Be Sure to Listen:
1. Dawn of Hope
2. Race Against Fate
3. Exodus
“In the House, In a Heartbeat”, which I did not include in this trio because the game was not included in the music album, is one of the tracks that should be listened to. I’d like to post it off the 🙂
DEATH STRANDING
Designing new game worlds, writing good stories, creating memorable characters and choosing beautiful tracks for their games are areas where Hideo Kojima has succeeded. He continued this tradition with Death Stranding; Low Roar was probably the best choice for this game. Especially during those long journeys, the intervening pieces added a different feel to these journeys. I liked the music so much that I spent hours in those safe rooms, which offered the opportunity to take a breather between missions to listen to this music over and over again. As a result, Death Stranding has become one of the games that can be added for me without thinking when I make this list.

RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2
Here’s a play I can tirelessly praise, and in the same way I can praise each and every one of them, explain at length how it affects me. We had already written at length in our reviews of how RDR 2 was an extraordinary experience, it was simply a tremendous experience. One of the key elements of this tremendous experience was their music.
Just as Sergio Leone’s films were integrated with ennio morricone’s pieces, there were pieces in another western, RDR2, that were equally in our minds, that impressed us, that managed to tell us many things on their own, such as Unshaken. Likewise, Mountain Hymn was so successful that I’d still be moved to hear it.
RDR 2 was not only one of the best games I’ve played in the last 10 years, but also a legend that included some of the best soundtracks I’ve listened to.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY
You probably know how important Star-Lord’s taste in music and especially 80s-era songs are in guardians of the Galaxies, both in his films and in later comics. Well, it’s unthinkable that there wouldn’t be a play of Guardians and no banging music chart. Aside from the playlist of famous and exquisite songs of the era, it was a truly admirable move for the producers to sit down and create an album for peter quill’s fictional Star-Lord band, which inspired the superhero titrine. Moreover, these songs are the kind of things that you sit down and listen to and nod even after you finish the game…

FINAL FANTASY XIV SHADOWBRINGERS
Actually, I was going to write Endwalker’s music here, but it’s so new, his album isn’t out yet. So I added the next and most delicious candidate, Shadowbringers. He didn’t even beat cancer when he composed Masayoshi Soken’s music for Shadowbringers, and he managed to set the bar high by creating masterpieces from his hospital bed. In fact, there are too many examples to count, but with the tracks I’ve selected below, I think you’re responsible for his musical genius:

PILLARS OF ETERNITY II: DEADFIRE
I suppose there are few lovers as much as I do, but Obsidian’s exquisite return to isometric RSOs will always have a place in my heart in the Pillars of Eternity series. Of course, the exquisite music that accompanied me in my adventures, both in challenging the waves with the ship at sea and listening to the whispers of the mysterious spirits that surround watcher, contributed greatly to this love. After 300-odd hours with him, I still reminist about my incredible adventures in Eora with their music. If obsidian is buried in other projects, there’s nothing about the third game, let’s at least manage with the music of the second play (I don’t even go into the Shantys, then we can’t limit it to three)

FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE
The soundtrack to Final Fantasy VII was way ahead of its time. That’s a strong claim, I know, but I mean, if we’re still listening to it more than 20 years later, if the revavened versions of this music are the crown jewel of our music charts, there’s no need to argue about it. The fact that Final Fantasy VII Remake was able to rise above it is literally something that is “like magic, like magic”. I’ve been sitting here all my time thinking, how am I going to limit myself to three out of all those beautiful pieces? I decided to throw away the known classics (One Winged Angel, Let the Battles Begin, etc.) and choose three that are a little less well known but no less delicious:
