Bethesda Game Studios is gearing up for an exciting year at Fallout 76. Throughout 2022, players will experience a new content series that will begin with the Invaders From Beyond update in the spring.
In the summer, with the Test Your Metal update, there will be a variety of Public Events to play. In the fall, players will go beyond the borders of Appalachia and enter Pitt on a brand new expedition. In winter, the traveler Nuka-World promotional tour will come to Appalachia, bringing with it a new Public Area Boss event, new loot and much more!
Finally, a new year full of seasons; it means more weapons, equipment, and items to decorate your C.A..M.P.
Spring
Our new patch is fast approaching with a new seasonal event called Invaders From Beyond. In this map-wide event, players will encounter UFOs and aliens. Defeat the invaders and destroy the deployed Brainwave Siphons before completing their “research”. This patch will also bring a variety of improvements and changes to Fallout Worlds, including the ability to earn S.C.O.R.E. with daily and weekly tasks, new settings for C.A.M.P. buildings, PvP settings, disabling VATS, and Legendary Perks.
Summer
The Test Your Metal update will come with three new public events: Test Your Metal, Eviction Notice, and Moonshine Jamboree. Fallout 1st members will benefit from scoreboard improvements such as special missions, increased S.C.O.R.E win rate, and custom table ranks.
Autumn
When Expeditions: The Pitt comes out, you’ll get acquainted with a whole new way of playing Fallout 76. Players will travel beyond Appalachia for the first time on an expedition from a new centre in Whitespring. This update will also include repeatable off-field missions where players can earn new rewards, the opportunity to meet new NPCs with missions and dialogue trees, and enemy Trogs first seen in Fallout 3’s The Pitt.
Winter
An entrepreneur from the wasteland has re-embarked on his pre-war Nuka-World on Tour tour. The tour set its sights on Appalachia’s Ash Heap district. With this update, players will encounter new Public Events, including the Public Region Boss event. Collect loot, explore regions, and interact with new NPCs to learn more about touring.
