2K has quietly removed a large number of WWE games and DLC from Steam. Players who own these games will of course be able to continue playing using their library, but the only way to have these games on Steam is to get a code from another site.
According to Steam-Tracker.com information, the games that are on sale are WWE 2K17, WWE 2K18, WWE 2K 19 and WWE 2K 20. In fact, the removal was done about two weeks ago, but since 2K did not give any warning about it, but when a Reddit user searched for these games and could not find them, the truth was revealed.
There are only two 2K WWE games currently available on Steam. One of them is WWE 2K22 to represent this year, and the other is WWE Battlegrounds. In fact, the games of the WWE series before this year were mostly ridiculed, and their scores were not encouraging. For example, Engin gave a 4 in his WWE 2K20 review, saying, “It’s a complete disappointment for fans of the series.” Maybe he removed these games because his 2K scores were low.
2K did not make a statement after this news appeared, but we are looking forward to the reason for the removal of the games and whether they will return to Steam.
