VentureBeat reporter Jeff Grubb reported during a live broadcast that Microsoft plans to hold its big Xbox event in June.
Grubb said via the Video Games Chronicle: “I’ll probably have more to say about it soon. But this event will be in June, not May. I don’t know if they can do anything in May or September. But I know they’re planning an E3-style event in June.”
The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has previously stated that E3 will only be online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. E3 2021 was also held online in June 2021. There is no exact date yet for E3 2022.
