As one television station reported; A teenager from Harris County, Texas, had his PlayStation 5 console available online over the weekend. The relevant buyer who saw the advertisement contacted the seller. The two agreed to meet on a street at 1.30am on Sunday; however, when the buyer arrived, he pulled out a firearm and tried to steal the console from the seller. Although it is not clear exactly what happened next, the attacker shot the 19-year-old ‘from the side’ and fled without stealing the console that was left behind.
The 19-year-old who was shot was taken to hospital. Police have not yet released a description of the suspect. An image from the scene was also posted.
