Star Wars KOTOR II, which debuted for Nintendo Switch consoles last month, contained a bug that prevented the game from being played. In the game, while descending to Onderon, a problem occurs after the Basilisk Crash cutscene, after which there is a crash.
The developer team Aspyr had previously provided a workaround for this bug. However, the team has now ensured that this problem in the game is completely eliminated with a new fix. This fix also eliminates corruption in the game’s save files. In addition, players trying to ride the Ebon Hawk were stuck on the loading screen. That problem has also disappeared.
Aspyr is currently working on a remastered version of Knights of the Old Republic for PS5 and PC. Rather than a simple arrangement, the game will have modern visuals and will be built from the ground up with next-generation technology.
