In 2003, a film directed by Stephen Norrington and starring Sean Connery, Stuart Townsend and Peta Wilson was released. After the film, which was far below the waits, this story was tried to be brought to the screen many times, but there was no result. The new film script will be written by Justin Haythe, who we already know from Revolutionary Road.
The new film, which has started its preparations with more solid steps and a serious production this time, seems really promising. Along with Don Murphy, who is also one of the producers of the 2003 film, Erwin Stoff and Susan Montford will appear as producers in the new film.
