Activision Blizzard pledged to improve operating conditions within the company during a second-quarter earnings call to investors. That commitment was made after the state of California sued Activision Blizzard for sexual harassment, bullying and unfair profits.
Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision Blizzard, made a call underlining the company’s commitment to improving its working culture: “I want to start by making it clear to everyone that there is no place for discrimination, harassment or any form of unequal treatment in our company.”
Blizzard will implement a model that supports all employees and will take decisive steps to ensure that these situations do not happen again in the future.
