“The Last Case of Benedict Fox” is actually a production that contains elements that we will be curious about starting from the name. The game, which adopts the dynamics of the Metroidvania genre, looks quite nice with its gothic style atmosphere. The game, which is announced to be released in the spring of 2023, will come to PC and Xbox consoles.
In the 2.5D genre, we will control my character as he explores a ruined, monster-filled mansion in Boston in 1925. In the descriptions made for the game, it was stated that “the darkness made evident reveals the fate of a family as it passes through a world of eerie emotions.” Already in the published video, we see that Benedict enters the memories of his father. In other words, we can say that important moments from the character’s past will affect the story of the game.
There will be dynamics in the game, such as entering Limbo, where a dead person is conscious, and we will have special powers apart from dynamics such as the use of both knives and weapons.
