Anti-cheat enhancements continue to be made to Call of Duty Warzone, the free battle royale released by publisher Activision and developers Raven Software and Infinity Ward on March 10, 2020 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Preventing cheats is very important in a battle royale game.
Activision recently announced a cheat system called Ricochet for Call of Duty Warzone. With this system, it is now stated that cheaters can be dealt with faster. A blog post also states that new improvements have been made.
The anti-cheat system called Ricochet aims to reduce cheaters. Thus, it is planned to offer a clean gaming experience to the players.
The latest development of the Ricochet system leaves cheaters completely inactive. With the new development, weapons are taken away from cheating players and the damage is reduced to zero. Punching also doesn’t cause damage in the same way. If you see a player attacking you in this way but not doing any damage, you are probably dealing with a cheater.
