Arena of Valor’s First Esports Tournament with 670 Thousand TL Award Begins

Turkey’s qualifiers are underway for Arena of Valor International Championship 2022 (AIC 2022), arena of Valor’s first major tournament to reach the highest prize pool with $2 million.

The selection, which will run from February 26th to April 17th, will start with the Open Tournament Qualifiers, then end with the Grand Final and determine the team to represent Turkey. The Open Tournament Qualifiers, which have a total prize pool of TL 270,000, will be held every weekend from March 5th to March 27th, and the teams that make it to the top two each week will have their name in the final stage of the AIC Turkey Selection Open Tournament Qualifiers, which will be held on April 2-3. Registration for the first week began on February 26.

Everyone who participates wins awards!

All teams and players participating in the tournament are rewarded during the qualifying process. In the qualifying weeks, the teams that are 1st will receive 10 thousand TL and the 2nd teams will receive 3300 TL, while all the teams participating in the preliminary rounds will receive 5000 Gold and 500 Jewels in-game. In addition, each team that wins its 2nd match during the qualifying weeks will receive 650 TL, and the teams that win the 3rd match will receive an additional prize of 1350 TL.

The teams that compete in the Open Tournament Qualifiers and guarantee a place in the top four will receive the following awards: The first team will receive 55 thousand TL, the 2nd team will receive 40 thousand TL, while both teams that finish 3rd and 4th will receive 20 thousand TL in prize money.

A number of AIC will represent Turkey at 2022

On April 16-17, during the Grand Final stage of the AIC 2022 Turkey Selections, 4 teams from the Open Tournament Qualifiers will compete to become the team that will participate in AIC 2022 for Turkey with 4 esports teams from the Elite Invitational tournament. In addition to the prize money, the winning team will represent Turkey at AIC 2022, which will be held in June and has a prize pool of $2 million.
