Assassin’s Creed Valhalla gender reassignment screen shared

Assassins Creed Valhalla& would allow the main character, Eivor, to choose and change gender. A new video shows how this process will work.

According to the in-game image shared by Twitter user

AccessTheAnimusDNA stream selection we can choose the gender of Eivor As it turns out from the menu, gender can be changed in any part of the game and does not affect the course of the game. So it doesn’t erase the progress you’ve made, and once you’ve changed your gender, you can pick up where you left off.

This was described by Narrative Director Darby McDevitt as a new feature that ensures both male and female versions of Eivor are considered canon.

Assassins Creed Valhalla will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia on November 17, 2020. There will also be a launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, but their dates are not yet known.
