Publisher Square Enix and developer PlatinumGames announced that the first phase of babylon’s Fall closed beta test will be held in Japan on July 29, North America on August 5 and Europe on August 12.

As previously announced, this first stage will be made for the PC platform via Steam. Stage Two, which has no date yet, will include the PlayStation 4 console, and Stage Three will feature PlayStation 5 consoles.

The First Stage will focus on the basic aspects of an online game, including downloading and installing the game via Steam; registering your account – verification, operational tests on the server and network, etc. Tests containing game elements will be kept to a minimum, as this phase will highlight technical tests.

Babylon’s Fall is being developed for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC (Steam). A release date has not yet been announced.
