Bandai Namco announced its financial results for the nine months ended December 31, 2021. Revenue rose 15.5% year-on-year to $5.4 billion.
The company’s operating profit also increased by 26.4% compared to the same period last year to $799 million.
Net sales in the gaming division rose 9.5% from last year to $2.1 billion. Operating profit in the same division reached $3.2 billion, up 7.9% from the previous year.
However, the Home Video Game segment was down 16% in nine months to $1.4 billion compared to the same period last year.
During the fiscal period, the company released 42 new games in Japan, 36 in america and 39 in Europe.
