Gunzilla Games has announced Off The Grid, a third-person shooter Battle Royale game developed with Unreal Engine 5. This new battle royale game will only come to the next generation of platforms and will debut in 2023. Among the game’s developers and highlights are Olivier Henriot (who worked on Far Cry, Assassin’s Creed), Screenwriter Richard K. Morgan and Neill Blomkamp.
Set in a dystopian future, cyberpunk-style shooter Off The Grid will give players a new battle royale experience. Players will be available on a map with other players in real time. There will also be PvP (Player Against Player) clashes.
In classic Battle Royale mode, 150 players will compete against each other. In addition to Battle Royale mode, PvE mode will also be available. With this mode, players will be able to perform various story missions.
Although the game has a multiplayer structure, the team notes that there will be a story arc in the game and players can make various choices in these stories. More information will be shared in the coming months.
