Exodus Short Film by EA is very impressive. The Battlefield 2042 short film run takes a total of nine minutes.
Battlefield 2042 became a short film
Battlefield 4’s Kimble “Irish” Graves returns. And he’s no longer a Marine, he’s the commander of the No-Pat ship Exodus. He has to choose between the lives of the 200 refugees on his boat and the future of all Stateless people. Set in the world of 2042, this independent short film will see events that will trigger an all-out war.
The next Battlefield game, Battlefield 2042, which appeared during the Microsoft and Bethesda Showcase in E32021, brings the large-scale FPS series into a near-future World where stateless mercenaries fight for superpowers. The production also doubles the number of players to 128 and redefines the class system to include “experts” with unique tools. All previous Battlefield games had changed the basic Battlefield format, but this seems to be the most significant change in the series since it began almost 20 years ago in 2002.
An exciting feature is also added to the game. A new mode called Battlefield Portal will allow players to design their own game genres and mix and match weapons and vehicles from Battlefield 1942, Bad Company 2, Battlefield 3, and Battlefield 2042. There’s a third mode called Hazard Zone. In addition, the game aims for a “high-stakes, team-based game”.
