Electronic Arts announced on its Battlefield Direct Communication Twitter account that it will refresh the Scoreboard in the game with update 3.3. This update will be released within the next month and will provide information on what players across the server are doing.
Battlefield 2042 was one of the reasons it was brought to the ground because of the lack of a scoreboard. The fact that the current scoreboard is extremely inadequate has also attracted great criticism from the players. Although you could see the number of deaths, assists and resurrections on your own team during the match, you could not get player information outside your team. This was a feature that had happened in previous Battlefield games, in 2042; it was already strange that it did not happen.
While this new scoreboard will help players see where they are overall, it’s fair to say that the reactions to the shared test image are not very positive either.
There are some who criticize the complexity of the scoreboard, who say it looks like an Excel table. EA says this is not the final version of the scoreboard, but they are continuing to work on it.
