New information continues to come in from Battlefield 2042, which was introduced just minutes ago. Battlefield 2042 will not have a story mode, according to the game’s official website. Conquest and Breakthrough modes, on the other hand, are official.
The previous claims also seem to be true, as the game will be available on 128-seat maps on PC, Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. On older generation consoles, it has been confirmed that the game will support maps for 64 people. There will also be 7 massive maps in the game.
A new mode called “Hazard Mode” is also being added to the game. We don’t know about this mode yet, but we’ll have the opportunity to see him at the EA Play event in July. The release date for the game, which will be held in open beta, is set for October 22. You can pre-order the PC version of the game for $419.99 on the Epic Store and Steam. The Xbox Series X version of the game is available for pre-order from $559.99;the PS4 and PS5 version from $500. Gold and Ultimate Edition versions of the game are on sale for $700 and $900, respectively, on Sony’s consoles.
