The film industry, which has started to water down comic book adaptations, is now setting its sights on games. In the near future, numerous game adaptations will appear as SERIES and movies. In this era, where broadcast services also add strength to their power, it is our duty to sit back and enjoy these productions.
The latest bombshell in game adaptations came from the Netflix front. With the announcement on Twitter, we learned that a BioShock film from the Netflix-Take Two partnership is on its way.
There are not many details that have been made official about the project, which is still very fresh, but at least we have learned that this project is not a series. There have been previous claims in various media that tv shows or films could come for BioShock, but none have come to life. This time we have an official explanation and plenty of reasons to be excited. I wonder if they’re thinking of a movie series that tells the story of the games from the beginning.
