Overwatch 2, which has become a game that has once again occupied the agenda by following the path followed by Valorant, has shelved the idea of a third open beta. OW2, which has so far logged in many players with the keys that have fallen from the publications, will not host a third beta. The announcement came from the top of Blizzard.
Jon Spector, the second person at the top of the studio, denied the “third open beta” claims via his official Twitter account. Reminding that the release date of the game is only 2 months away, Spector gave clear answers to the third open beta rumors that emerged. Stating that they continue their tests of OW2, the manager shared that they are not planning a new open beta for now.
Spector says they’re working on the feedback they’ve received from their first and second beta tests. However, from this point on, the development team will start gearing up for the game’s release on October 4.
