Doom, Cyberpunk 2077, Half-Life, and this time breath of the wild was adapted into the world of Minecraft. Until now, however, other universes implemented within Minecraft were limited to the design of a certain region of the game. But a Reddit user named Dinaeh went a step further and designed the entire map of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in Minecraft.
Breath of the Wild redesigned in Minecraft
According to Dinaeh, he hasn’t adapted the entire Breath of the Wild – in full – for Minecraft. Looking at the map shared by the user, it appears that the design of the desert in the south west, the glaciers of the north, the green valleys in the middle and the volcanoes in the northeast has been completed.
Dinaeh says he plans to publish the map online. This allows players to explore the map comfortably. However, Dinaeh says he still has a lot of work to do before publishing the map. Although he has completed the map, he says there are towers, temples and NPCs that need to be added.
Curious players can follow how Dinaeh’s project is progressing here. It’s unclear whether Dinaeh will also design the inside of temples, as asked on Reddit, or if those systems can be adapted to Minecraft.
