Two highly anticipated FPS games of the year also continue to grapple with the problems. This time, Sledgehammer Games was forced to pull the plug on Warzone’s new “Secrets of the Pacific” event due to an issue that led to the closure of Call of Duty: Vanguard.
In this event, players would find various mission pieces around Verdansk to try to solve the mystery of Warzone’s new Pacific map. But when those pieces of duty began to cause the game to close, Sledgehammer temporarily shut himself down.
Explaining that he was doing his best to solve the problem, the developer also reminded that these progresses have been made by players who have managed to progress in the task. So when the event reopens, you’ll be able to pick up where you left off.
