We saw a variety of Western games on PC at the time, and the Call of Juarez series was one of the standouts. The series began in 2007 and ended with Call of Juarez: Gunslinger in 2013. I don’t know if there’s going to be a new game in the series, but if you haven’t played Gunslinger, you’ve had your chance; It’s available for free on Steam.

Our hero, Silas Greaves, says he encountered some of the Wild West’s most skilled musketeers and took them down one by one. We don’t know if that’s true or not, but it’s fun to go on a journey through the memories of this old musketeer, I can tell you that. It’s unclear whether he’s throwing too much, or if he’s confused the story from old age from time to time. But in the middle of a shootout, it didn’t happen, and it was like that, and changing the scene all of a sudden makes it more fun:)
