Capcom has released its financial results for fiscal year 2020, covering 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021.
The company generated revenue of 95.3 billion yen ($876.5 million) and a profit of 34.6 billion yen ($318.5 million) in fiscal 2020. Revenue increased by 16.8% and profit increased by 51.6% compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Revenue of 100 billion yen ($920.3 million) and profit of 42 billion yen (386.2) are estimated for the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2022.
Monster Hunter Rise and Resident Evil 3 remake are behind the success in fiscal year 2020. The ongoing sales of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne and Resident Evil 2 remake also contributed significantly, and the next generation versions of Devil May Cry 5 performed well.
