Speaking to British news agency Reuters, CD Projekt CEO Adam Kicinski explained that they have no plans to leave Cyberpunk 2077.
“I don’t see the option to shelve Cyberpunk 2077. We believed in putting the game in a position where we could be proud, so that the game could sell successfully for many years to come.”
Cyberpunk 2077 will be removed from playstation store and all refund requests will be accepted. Despite this, Adam Kicinski said he continues to have friendly relations with Sony.
Cyberpunk 2077 roadmap, new patches and updates, free downloadable content with small additional content, and Xbox Series versions with PlayStation 5 are planned later this year.
