I’ve always had a special love for street-level heroes like Daredevil. Especially when their stories touch on everyday human problems and their suffering, great work usually occurs. One of the features that made daredevil’s Netflix adaptation so successful was its touches on the human side. For three seasons, we didn’t just watch a man in a costume beat someone up.
Charlie Cox,the lead, has a great part to play in this. Naturally, Cox doesn’t want to lose a character he identifies with so much. In fact, in the event of a possible re-casting, Mr. Charlie has blacked out. “How would you like to see someone else as Daredevil?” asked Cox in an interview.

- Jon Bernthal Open to Marvel Roles Outside Of Punisher
Many Marvel fans already think of no one but Charlie Cox for the role of Daredevil. Just like Joe Bernthal for the role of Punisher. But when it comes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s almost impossible to be certain. While the MCU is now thinking of multiple universes, cosmic order, daredevil will definitely be needed when it comes down to it. Then hopefully we’ll see Charlie Cox swinging the bat again.
