Chernoblyite, one of the games that put the Chernobyl disaster behind it, was in early access for a year and a half. With the release date trailer, we’ve learned that this process will end in July.
It brings to mind the Chernobylite, Stalker and Metro series. On the one hand, role-playing elements, such as team building, are also included. Of course, items such as exploring the surroundings, collecting materials and making tools are not left behind. When it comes to chernobyl, you can’t stop hunting mutants, and that’s not missing. One of the most remarkable aspects of the game is the map created using a 3D scan of Chernobyl’s famous “Exclusion Zone”.
With the year-and-a-half wait now over in July, we’ll have the opportunity to experience the story from start to finish. The upcoming version of the game for the next generation of consoles is also scheduled to arrive later this year.
