Crusader Kings III reaches two million sales
The release last month of the Royal Court, crusader Kings III’s first major expansion package, was also a cause for celebration, as it has already surpassed one million sales. This expansion pack, along with major changes to the game’s cultural system and the addition of artifacts, has introduced new ways to manage your kingdom from your own throne room.
“Two million is a big milestone for the Crusader Kings team,” said Game Director Alex Oltner. It’s not just for us; I think it’s good for strategy games in general, too. We have big plans for CK3 and it’s great to know that so many people are going on this journey with us,” he concludes. Those who wish to become emperors will soon be able to manage their brave knights and intriguing courtiers on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Developed in partnership with Lab42 Studios, the console adaptation of the beloved strategy role-playing experience will bring even more color to a game that entertains players around the world for millions of hours.
