CD Projekt RED has released patch 1.23 for Cyberpunk 2077. The team also announced full release notes detailing all the improvements, fixes, and changes it has made.
Update 1.23 includes numerous crash fixes in animations, user interface, scene, physics, and game systems. It also includes memory optimizations and memory management improvements on various systems.
In addition, some PC-specific fixes also come with this patch. Accordingly, an issue that caused the game to stop responding when switching between Alt+Enter and Windowed and Full Screen modes on the PC was fixed with this patch.
