CD Projekt RED announced that Cyberpunk 2077 sold 13.7 million copies in 2020.
The game debuted on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia on December 10, 2020, reaching that number in just 21 days. It has not been sold on PlayStation Store since December 18, 2020.
Cyberpunk 2077’s top selling platform is PC. 10 million (73%) of sales are digital.
Sold 7.67 million copies on PC (56%)
Sold 3.84 million copies on PlayStation 4 (28%)

The total budget for the game was $315 million.
CD Projekt RED also confirmed that sales of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt exceeded 30 million. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt had its second year in terms of sales in 2020. The witcher series has total sales of 50 million.
Next-generation versions of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt arrive in the second half of this year.
