Detention and Devotion’s developer Red Candle announced Nine Sols, a 2D action platformer inspired by Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice;
The developer team hasn’t shared much information about the game yet, but we know it’s going to be “a rich story 2D platformer with hand-drawn graphics with Sekiro-inspired fend-off-oriented battles.” The game’s promotional image is quite different in drawing style from red candle’s previous games, but it still seems to be drinking a horror element.
“Explore the land that is home to an ancient alien race on a journey through Asian fantasy and take part in the adventure of a revenge-seeking hero to kill nine Lefts, rulers of desolate lands,” says Red Candle.
