Publisher Capcom has announced that devil may cry 5’s worldwide sales exceed five million.
Capcom did not specify whether the Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition version was in the five million. Devil May Cry 5’s total sales on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC were 4.8 million as of December 31, 2021. Sales increased by between 100,000 and 200,000 units in each quarter.
Devil May Cry 5 was first released on March 8, 2019 for PC on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam. Then, on December 9, 2021, Luna came to the platform. The improved version of Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition was released on November 10, 2020 for Xbox Series consoles and November 12 for PlayStation 5 consoles.
