Blizzard Entertainment has announced that its hack and slash action role-playing game Diablo III has surpassed 65 million players worldwide.
Blizzard reported on this new milestone: “Exactly 10 years ago, we released Diablo’s third game. The production, which left behind a 10-year history, reached more than 65 million actors.
To commemorate this milestone and express our gratitude to you, we are making the Echoing Nightmare mode we introduced earlier permanent.”
The Echoing Nightmare dungeon, one of the themes that came from season to season, was liked by the community and the players and became permanent in the following period. Within this dungeon, players can test their skills and engage in many challenge challenges. With the new season, this mode becomes permanent and includes brand new rewards.
Diablo III was released in May 2012 for PC, September 2013 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, August 2014 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and finally November 2018 for Nintendo Switch.
