The beta of Battlefield 2042 has begun, and while players may actually enjoy the beta, they often bring up the failure of the UI and bot in particular. DICE has issued a statement saying that the current beta is based on an older version of Battlefield 2042 a few months ago, and that players will see significant progress with the release of the game.
Early access to the beta began on Wednesday for EA Play subscribers and pre-orderers, and today the test will be available to all players.
DICE had already prepared a list of known issues with the beta, which continued to be updated throughout the test. The list contains a lot of information, from matching issues to minor visual and performance-based errors.
DICE managing director Oskar Gabrielson says they have made significant progress in the last few months, and these changes to visuals and the stability of the game have not caught up with the Open Beta version. So whatever’s on your mind in beta says it won’t be in the final version of the game.
We’ll see the truth of this together on November 12th.
