Elden Ring storm officially started today. With the game coming out for all platforms, we can say that the players embarked on a fierce adventure in Lands Between. Of course, the PC version of the game had a very good debut on the Steam platform, but it also brought some problems. The fact that a minimum of 12 GB of Ram was requested in the Previously published Elden Ring system requirements table actually gave some tips. With the release of the game, it became clear that there were some optimization problems, especially with the error of frame snout.
What does the Elden Ring patch change on the first day?
From Software will try to solve this optimization problem, which is understood by the updates it will release. Although the first day patch may have recovered slightly from the frame drop we saw more in the review version, we can actually see that this problem still persists. The first day patch also made different improvements, especially character control. The changes made with version 1.02 of the game, where ray tracing features will be later released, are as follows;
