Nintendo announced that Dr. Mario World will cease service on November 1. The free-to-play game was first released for Android via iOS and Google Play through the App Store in July 2019.
If you start Dr. Mario World after the service ends, the end-of-service notification is displayed and you will not be able to play the game. You can check your game history on Dr. Mario World Memories, a web page that will be available after the game’s service ends. In addition, diamonds will not be available for purchase from July 28, 2021 (Wed).
