Publisher and developer Techland announced that Dying Light 2: Stay Human sold five million in its first month of release. Dying Light 2: Stay Human’s first game, Dying Light, sold more than 20 million.
Pawel Marchewka, CEO of Techland, said in a press release: “The success of the Dying Light series is a great example of the unforgettable experiences we have created for our players.

More than 20 years ago in Harran, we fought the virus and lost it. Now we’re losing again. The city, one of the last large surviving human settlements, has surrendered to chaos. Civilization is back in the Dark Ages. Still, we haven’t given up hope.
Stay Human, a sequel to the open world first-person shooter Dying Light, was released for PC on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and Steam and epic games store in February. The Switch version is only available in the cloud.
