EA, which holds the rights to Star Wars games for a long time, will lose this originality in 2023. However, the studio, which will continue the Star Wars Jedi series, is also trying to expand its arsenal with another big brand, Marvel. EA, which is stated to make an open-world Black Panther game, can also come up with an Iron Man game.
According to Tom Henderson, one of the most important journalists in the sector, a Marvel game is also being developed by EA and it is quite likely that it is related to Iron Man. Another journalist, Jeff Grubb, also confirmed that EA is working on a second Marvel game. Just like Black Panther, the potential Iron Man game will come across as a single player game. However, the Henderson front underlines that the possibility of Iron Man is only a rumor for the time being.
When I thought of EA and Iron Man, I immediately thought of Anthem, one of BioWare’s biggest disappointments. As a matter of fact, Anthem’s flight mechanics were quite suitable for being an Iron Man game.
