Brand New Gameplay
Player and Ball Movements
The player and ball movements, the backbone of football, were rebuilt from scratch in this version. Ball curves were improved with the help of research institutes in Japan. The movements of the ball on the field were carefully analyzed and the factors affecting them were determined. Based on the results of this research, the movement curves of the ball in this release have been more realistically recoded From falsifying shots and middles to rotating balls and ball tabs on blocked shots, users will now be able to experience realistic ball movements in many different scenarios. Elements added to the game, such as natural player and ball movements that take into account rotation, bounce and friction, help create the “moments of tension” that often occur in modern football. Dribbling past opponents or crossing the last defensive line with passing games are some of the elements that reflect the enthusiasm that football fans crave.
Tactical Team Challenges
In addition to individual player reactions, it is now possible to engage in tactical combat with opponents with the team game that is common in today’s football. The foundations of these elements have been restructured so that “familiar” scenarios in football can now be experienced in the game as well. All these changes made it possible to create a football game at any moment of the game, just like in real-life football, where decisions made can be the decisive factor between winning and losing.
“Stunning Kick”
Say hello to one of the most groundbreaking mechanisms included in this release. It is now possible to perform all kinds of passes, including low passes, high passes and middles, sharply using “Jaw-Dropping Strokes”. These aren’t just “fast passes.” On the contrary, they are very important weapons that will determine the difference between win and defeat in many matches.
Jaw-Dropping Types of Rust
- Jaw-Dropping Low Pass: A quick pass to the feet of the teammate to whom the ball was sent. In passes thrown over a longer distance, the ball usually floats through the air.
- Jaw-Dropping High Pass: A faster pass that goes lower than the normal high pass.
- Jaw-Dropping Intermediate Pass: A faster version of the Normal Intermediate Pass usually ends closer to the feet of the player receiving the ball.
- Jaw-Dropping High Intermediate Pass: Faster than normal High Intermediate Pass and has a slightly lower slope. In addition, the ball ends closer to the feet of the player receiving the ball than normal.
- Jaw-Dropping Medium: A faster medium thrown a little lower. It also has a stronger fortune teller.
- Jaw-Dropping Low to Medium: It is faster and harder than Normal Low to Medium. In addition, the ball usually bounces right in front of the player receiving the ball.
Jaw-Dropping Shots
- They are faster and more precise than regular shots
- With this update, players can now use Jaw-Dropping Shots in different types of shots based on their skills.
- All Jaw-Dropping Shots contain an element of risk/reward in direct proportion to the player’s preparation for the shot; therefore requires strategic thinking both to create space for shooting and to find the most suitable teammate
Pass and Run (Cross Over)
The new “Pass and Run (Cross Over)” makes combinations possible through the “diagonal movements” commonly seen in football. New offensive models have been developed in the middle of the field and on the wings.
Changes to Defense Tactics and Command Settings
In this update, the default button settings were changed to make the defense more intuitive, and player movements were improved to make defensive games more satisfying. Team defensive elements were also added to the game.
Oppression
- This is a command that allows users to proactively recover the ball.
- Players can move towards the ball and as soon as they reach the ball they can try to intervene and play it standing up to it
Close Pursuit
- Against challenging ball drives, players can carefully track and control the opponent instead of taking advantage of this defensive feature and proactively trying to regain the ball
- The player can buy time and wait for a suitable moment to have the ball, driving his opponent sideways while keeping his body facing the defender.
Request Press
- The “Request Press” that comes with this update is a command that the whole team will work together to have the ball.
- In addition to several players going after the ball, other teammates work together to recover the ball by blocking the pass corridors and pushing the defensive line forward.
