eFootball.Open is an esports tournament open to all players around the world, and competitors take part in 1v1 matches online in the eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE. Last season’s tournament was attended by more than 1.4 million people worldwide, while this season, when the Qualifiers and Online Finals took place in Matchday mode, eliminated the need for registration, making the eFootball.Open much more accessible.
Console and PC players from all over Europe, Asia and america went through several different stages to become one of the 24 people to take part in the World Finals. At this point, the finalists will compete online on PlayStation®4, Xbox One and PC Steam® and attempt to get a share of the total prize pool of $240,000 (USD).
The reward distribution per person per platform is as follows:
First $15,000
Second $10,000
Third and Fourth $7,500
In order to ensure that the tournament is a fun and challenging competitive environment for all participants, eFootball.Open players are divided into “Basic”, “Medium” and “Expert” levels according to their skill level. Regardless of ranking, all users who could meet matchday event requirements were able to qualify for the Finals.
The contestants, who have reached this point with their outstanding performances so far, now have the opportunity to both take a share of the prize pool and attract the attention of the world’s best football clubs in pursuit of future eFootball stars.
