Electronic Arts and Respawn have announced that they are removing protection technology Denuvo from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a third-person action-adventure game. The game debuted in 2019 and used Denuvo protection over a two-year period.
Gradually, many developers remove Denuvo protection from team games. This is due to compatibility issues with Intel’s new Alder Lake CPUs.
As previously reported, star wars jedi: fallen order had stuttering issues when loading new fields. It is assumed that such stuttering will be minimized by the removal of the protection system.
Denuvo has also been removed from the likes of Injustice 2, Tekken 7 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
