Embracer Group AB, through its whoath-owned subsidiary Sabre Interactive Inc., has signed an agreement to buy 100 percent of the shares in Demiurge Studios, Inc. from its current owners.
Fractured Byte
Embracer Group AB, through Sabre Interactive Inc., has signed an agreement to acquire a 100 percent stake in OU Fractured Byte. Fractured Byte is a reputable gaming studio headquartered in Estonia.
Smartphone Labs
Embracer Group AB, through Sabre Interactive Inc., has signed an agreement to acquire a 100 percent stake in Russian-based SmartPhone Labs, an independent game development company (Mobile, PC, Consoles and VR).
