Esports media platform Enthusiast Gaming has announced the acquisition of League of Legends data company Outplayed.
The acquisition was about $45 million and its potential earnings were up to $12 million.
In addition, the data platform is expected to generate $8 million in revenue by December 31, 2022.
Texas-based U.GG was founded in 2017 by Shinggo Lu and Alan Liang to serve as a global resource that provides players with data such as winning odds, rankings, and details of character structures of competitors.
The platform continued to officially appear as a source on the League of Legends website.
